Important Update: Thank you note from Tammara

Tammara has asked us to let you know that she has updated her journal, to say thank you for all the signs of sympathy and support, and to share a little more about her son , who he was, and about how she is doing now...
You can read it in her journal
hereThank you so much, Tammy, for sharing this with us... Do know that we all continue thinking of you and your family, and sending you all our support, and friendship and prayers.
We all know that you will be carrying this sadness with you for a long time, but we are looking forward to having you back with us, and waiting for your return... Don't worry, take it easy, we are all here for you!

Sometimes, words come short...

On the 30th December 2008, our beloved friend, co-deviant and amazing artist

=
Tammara lost her oldest son Jeremiah (see her journal
[link] )
No words can describe the pain Tammara and her family are going through.
No words can describe how much we feel with them, and want to express our sympathy and support in this difficult time...
Sometimes, one single flower says more than a thousand words...
In the past few weeks, we have invited every one to participate in this community-project to create one artwork, a
collage of single flowers, that expresses our friendship, love and deepest sympathy to =
Tammara and her family in this time of tremendous loss.
It has been an amazing and heart warming experience to see how many artists of this dA community have wanted to contribute one of their works for this project.
Hundreds and hundreds of flowers have been offered. You can see them all here
[link] .

You're not too late yet... MORE FLOWERS ARE STILL WELCOME for the Flower Gallery!

If you feel like doing so,
you can still continue to post your flowers of sympathy, dedicated to Tammara and her family Thumbs of these artworks will now be featured in the
Flower Gallery , a special journal page.
Please check the
Flower Gallery: guidelines for participation A link to the Flower Gallery is also added in the description of the Community Artwork. Both belong together
In any case will we continue to accept and

your contributions ... Tammara and her family will continue to need our signs of sympathy, support and friendship long after the common artwork is finished!
This account, and all the signs of sympathy contributed here, will stay - in the Common Artwork AND in the Flower Gallery - and continue to show Tammara that she has many friends here on dA, and that, in this tremendous loss, she is not alone...

Want to do something more?...a few suggestions:

If you have contributed an flower to the "Flowers of Sympathy" collage, maybe you could add a link to the finished Community Artwork in the description of your artwork

Place a thumb of the Community Artwork, and/or a link to the Flower Gallery, in your journal, or somewhere on your profile-page.

Would you be willing to help us continue the subscription of this account? Please read "Thanks & help needed" in the left column of this journal-page.

Please do continue to pray, and send thoughts of strength, comfort and healing to Tammara and her family. They still need it so much!
A heart felt thanks to each one of you!
